I say this all of the time and when said I immediately think I need to stop using this expression. But I still use it, because I’ve come to realise that a chill pill does not need to be a pharmaceutical. My chill pill is 15 minutes of uninterrupted drawing or reading time or a chick flick, with a cup of tea and a blanket.
